Urbanization- ppl moving into a city from a rural area

Honduras- poor country, 28% unemployed, tourism, fruit, coffee

Panama- Isthmus, most developed beside C.R.
Panama Canal= lets boats go Atlantic to Pacific so boats don’t have to go around S.A.

Haiti- poorest country in W.H., war= money CORRUPT= takes money; kinda stealing

Jamaica- official lang.= English, tourism, known for music, relaxed

Cuba- communist= Fidel Casto, ppl, have no right, melting pot= ppl all over the world

Andes Mountains- longest mtn. range in world, isolate= makes ppl feel their different from each other; splits apart

Brazilian Highland- flat/plains= farming, lifestock

Atacama Desert- 1 of the driest deserts, oragraphic effect, in Chile

Amazon River- originates= Andes, Volume=1, widest river

Orinoco River- forms border for Venezuela and Colombia
